Registration Information:
This one day training event will enable staff to better understand and assist in the Collaborative Process. They will learn how to introduce the collaborative option to clients beginning with their first call to the professional's office. Attendees will also be introduced to methods that have proven successful for the professional staff to support the collaborative practice, including using scheduling programs to expedite pre-meeting telephone conferences and live meetings. Collaborative practice forms as well as preparation of the notebooks, agendas, and minutes will be reviewed. Marketing techniques will also be presented to increase and enhance your collaborative practice.

The Cooper Center will be providing continental breakfast, a healthy lunch, afternoon snack and beverages throughout the day.
