Hugo Chanez is a part of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. Professionally, he has prosecuted traumatic brain injury cases in several states including LA, GA, FL, TX, CO, and IL. His efforts have yielded several high profile TBI cases resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and confidential settlements. He understands how to build damage models that yield high damage awards and settlements and can withstand appellate scrutiny.
Dr. Synder is a 2009 Touro University of Nevada Osteopathic Medical School graduate and a current assistant adjunct professor of Radiology and Neuroradiology at Touro. He completed his Radiology residency at McLaren Macomb (Michigan State) in Michigan and his Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Miami and returned to Las Vegas to practice at SimonMed Imaging in Las Vegas. He has special interest in teaching rotating medical students, lecturing, and research on advanced imaging techniques for traumatic brain injury and carbon monoxide poisoning.
Kyle Kinberger is the National Sales Manager for HMR who has helped hundreds of attorneys get the funding needed for their clients’ medical care. Currently he oversees the daily operation of business done in the 39 states where they currently operate. Kyle has been with HMR since 2012 and has been in the medical funding space for over 10 years.
