Topic Summary:  Alan Robertson, attorney and former member of the State Bar Grievance Committee, will discuss ethics for paralegals and law firm support staff in a light, engaging, and occasionally humorous way.  The discussion is tied to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct which regulate the practice of law in Texas and, by extension, the employment relationship between attorneys and paralegals.
