Description of CLE:The audience will be able to know and understand the correct way of hiring an individual that will be assigned to work in Mexico. Knowing this in advance will aid the companies to be better prepared when making difficult decisions regarding the hiring and terminating of the workforce assigned to Mexico. The vast differences in the law systems between Mexico and the US, may pose higher risks when terminating a US payroll employee working in Mexico. The employee oriented Mexican Labor Law will grant rights to foreigners working there, therefore certain measures need to be taken before making a decision of terminating said individual.
