Florida has a reciprocal relationship CLE relationship with AK, AZ, CA, CT, DC, HI, MA, MD, MI, MT, ND, NH, NJ, NY, and SD. This means that when a conference attendee from a reciprocal state submits an attendance certificate issued by the UF Law E-Discovery Conference, the state does not review the conference content and approves the CLE credits based on the attendance certificate.
States not listed above may accept applications from their attorneys for CLE credits. Attendees should provide their state bar associations with conference materials (agenda and speakers) plus the certificate of attendance when applying for CLE credits in non-reciprocal states.
