Kim A. Goldberg

In February 2025, the Board of Directors announced its election of Kim A. Goldberg as the 2025-2026 President-Elect of the Paralegal Division.

Kim is a Senior Litigation Paralegal at the law firm of Munsch Hardt in Houston, Texas. She has been a member of the Paralegal Division since 1986 and has served as District 1 Director since 2021 and Parliamentarian for the Board 2022-2024

Kim works in Commercial Business Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Insurance Defense, Labor/Employment, and Banking and Securities law and Appellate law.  She was a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Winstead PC for 26 years prior to joining Munsch Hardt.
