The primary purpose of the CLE/MCLE repository on the Paralegal Division’s website is as an adjunct to the membership renewal process for those who renew as an Active or Associate member.  The related CLE/MCLE database has grown so much that it’s becoming unwieldy.  It has over 500,000 record artifacts and grows every month.  We plan to implement an annual purge process that will delete all records in the CLE/MCLE database where the “Date Taken” date is 7 years older than January 1 of the current year.

It has always been the member’s responsibility to maintain documentation of CLE/MCLE activity.  If you desire to retain the information currently listed in the Paralegal Division’s CLE/MCLE repository that is subject to being purged, please be sure to go to the TXPD.org website > My Account > Manage MY CLE Records and print the list of your activity for your records.  The purge process cannot be undone so be sure you preserve any records subject to deletion.

The purge will begin December 1, 2023.  Be sure you have made a local copy of your activity before that date.
