This is a notification that your membership type in the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas has been converted to Former Member because you did not renew your membership during the annual membership renewal cycle.  Technically your membership expired May 31 but it remained active while the annual renewal process was underway.  Now that the renewal process has closed for this year and PD’s records have been synced with SBOT, the grace period has expired.

We want you back!  If it was merely the press of business that prevented your renewal, no problem — it’s easy to reapply!  Simply log onto the My Account page at TXPD.org and then click link in the main site menu > Membership > Applications.  Be sure you log on before going to the applications page to ensure that your reapplication is tied to your existing account and bar number.

If you weren’t eligible to renew because you didn’t meet the Active/Associate member CLE requirements by May 31 and you still want to be an Active or Associate member, all you need to do is obtain at least six (6) hours of CLE (one hour of the six CLE hours will need to be in Ethics; (two hours can be self-study) and then you can reapply as an Active or Associate member as described above.

Remember, you can always log in using your bar number as your User ID in lieu of your email address.  The email address to which this email was sent is the only email that can be used as an ID in lieu of your bar number.

You received this email as a privilege of your membership in the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas.  You may unsubscribe/opt-out of future eBlasts by logging onto your TXPD.org account and editing your directory profile.
