Active and Associate Members should attempt to keep their CLE records posted to prepare for the renewal process each year.  You must also keep a hard copy of your CLE proof of attendance or certificate for 2 years in the event of CLE spot audit.

To post to your CLE portal, log into your PD Account, got to My Account and then in the Membership Links Box go to Manage My CLE Records.  This is where you should post all CLE that you have attended.  Do not post MCLE or State Bar of Texas CLE for which you turned in your attendance to the State Bar.  These will automatically appear on your history about two weeks after you submit this to the State Bar MCLE department.

For more information on CLE Attendance Recording see here.

DO NOT post your attended CLE courses under the CLE/EVENTS tab for Event Submissions.  This posts the CLE to the Statewide CLE Calendar as if it is an open event for attendance.  These will be deleted and they will not appear on your CLE portal/history in your PD record.

We are also starting our annual CLE Spot Audit.  A randomly selected group of members will receive a letter indicating that you are the subject of our CLE Spot Audit.  Please promptly respond as indicated in the letter.  For a list of the CLE you submitted with your renewal and for which you will be asked to provide proof of attendance, go to My Account, Order History and click on the order number for your 2022-2023 Renewal Order.
