Images can be formatted as GIF, JPG, or PGN.  In order to fit within the screen real estate allocated for the image, they must not exceed 500 pixels in width.  There is no fixed requirement for image height.  Finally, the file size of images generally should not exceed approximately 100KB.

Sustaining Members of the Paralegal Division can advertise (listed as a vendor) on the Paralegal Division website. To become a Sustaining Member, please apply online via the menu above: MEMBERSHIP > Applications. Once you are notified that you have been accepted as a Sustaining member (vendor), you can log into the My Account page.  Initially you will have an option there to create your vendor ad.  Complete and submit that form for review.  Once reviewed, it will be published on the Find A Vendor page.  You will get a confirmation email that it has been reviewed/published.  To edit an ad, log into the My Account page and click the link to edit the ad.

Ad copy can include HTML, so it can be rather sophisticated.  The add/edit form supports an enhanced text editor.  It’s generally best to type your content rather than using copy/paste because pasting often includes hidden artifacts that won’t behave properly outside of the original source from which the content was copied.

Your ad supports an optional image you can upload to our site.  We support GIF, JPG, and PNG image formats.  The image should not be wider than 500 pixels wide.  Generally you should have the image ready for upload before creating the ad but it can be added later if desired.
