The Board of Directors approved a program for current Active members to order an Active membership certificate with the new Paralegal Division logo.  Use the form below to replace/re-order an Active Membership Certificate.  Confirm your profile information and click the Next button to pay for your order.  All current Active members can order the new membership certificate with the Paralegal Division logo at a cost of $15.00 (includes tax and shipping of new certificate).  You will have the option of paying by credit card or by check.

Prompt Payments:  If you elected to pay by check or money order, payment must be received within ten (10) business days of order submission, else your order will be canceled automatically.  Checks should be made payable to Paralegal Division.  Mail a copy of this confirmation and your check to: Paralegal Division, P.
