The Board of Directors approved a program for current Active members to order an Active membership certificate with the new Paralegal Division logo. Use the form below to replace/re-order an Active Membership Certificate. Confirm your profile information and click the Next button to pay for your order. All current Active members can order the new membership certificate with the Paralegal Division logo at a cost of $15.00 (includes tax and shipping of new certificate). You will have the option of paying by credit card or by check. If you pay by check or money order, payment must be received within ten (10) business days of completing an order. If payment is not received within ten (10) business days, your order will automatically be canceled. Checks should be made payable to Paralegal Division. Your replacement certificate will be mailed to the primary address associated with your membership approximately 2 weeks after your payment is received.
