TAPS – Local Association or Law Firm – Friday Luncheon Table Sponsorship

Are you looking for an affordable opportunity to market your association and the benefits of membership to senior level paralegals?  If so, we have a fun opportunity for you! The Texas Advanced Paralegal Seminar (TAPS) Planning Committee will be offering opportunities to local paralegal associations and law firms during the closing luncheon at TAPS in San Antonio, Texas, Friday, October 2, 2026.  For $150, your association or law firm will receive the following:

• Recognition as a luncheon sponsor on the event sponsor board
• Listed on the luncheon program
• Listing (one contact and web address) as an event sponsor in the TAPS 2024 Conference App
• Recognition in the Winter 2027 Texas Paralegal Journal as an event sponsor
• One (1) luncheon ticket for a representative to attend the lunch with seating at VIP table for local association representative.
• Recognition of local leader (association representative) or law firm during luncheon

For the past few years, this format has proved successful as it allows more flexibility to local associations who are unable to send representatives to exhibit at TAPS while still providing a fantastic opportunity to promote their association to TAPS attendees.  In addition, for those local leaders already registered to attend TAPS, this format eliminated the need to miss Friday morning CLE sessions to man an exhibit booth.

SEND THIS COMPLETED FORM to pd@txpd.org no later than September 4, 2026 to guarantee your sponsorship and luncheon reservation.  For check payments, your check must be received no later than September 11, 2026, check payments should be sent to Paralegal Division, P.O. Table sponsorship does not reserve the full table, it reserves one seat for the sponsor representative, if one is being sent, and information is provided as stated above.
