TAPS Grand Prize Sponsorship

Texas Advanced Paralegal Seminar (TAPS). This year, we will be in San Antonio from September 24-26, 2025, and the seminar will be attended by over 250 paralegals from across the state.

We are soliciting Grand Prize sponsors for TAPS 2025. The amount of the sponsorship is $500, space is limited.  Your sponsorship must be confirmed and paid for by Friday, September 5, 2025. In exchange, your organization will receive the following marketing benefits:

• Recognition as a Major TAPS Sponsor on the Paralegal Division’s website (http://www.txpd.org);
• Recognition on the TAPS Mobile App, and on all marketing materials generated for the seminar;
• Recognition in the TAPS Patron Directory distributed to all attendees via the Mobile App;
• Recognition as a Sponsor on the attendee t-shirt;
• Recognition in the Winter 2025 Texas Paralegal Journal (TPJ) received by every member of the Division; and
• One ticket to attend the Friday attendee luncheon; a photo of the representative from your organization with the winner will be taken which will appear in the TPJ.

TAPS has three Grand Prize Sponsors each year. The Grand Prize is a cash prize that is given to three attendees in the amount of $500 each. The TAPS attendees must complete a vendor hall card wherein the attendee has to visit each exhibiting vendor in our vendor hall. The completed cards are then eligible for our random Grand Prize drawing, which is held at our Friday luncheon, on September 26, 2025.  We encourage the Grand Prize sponsors to send a representative to present the prize to the winner(s).
