We are pleased to offer sponsorship and exhibit opportunities for our upcoming
Texas Advanced Paralegal Seminar (TAPS) to be held in San Antonio
The Westin San Antonio North

September 24-26, 2025  

The TAPS event is attended by approximately 250 advanced level paralegals from across the State of Texas and offers up to 14 substantive CLE hours in various areas of law.  There are 60 speakers presenting over the course of three days. The exhibit hall will be open on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm with breakfast and lunch available inside the exhibit hall.  The Wednesday Welcome event for all sponsors and exhibitors is Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 5:15 pm.  The Thursday social sponsored by Title, Platinum and Gold sponsors is Thursday, September 25, 2025, 6:30-9:30 pm. The Friday Annual Meeting Luncheon (attended by only Title Sponsors) is September 26, 2025 from 11:45 am to 1:30 pm.

The exhibit area (see below) will have 36 booths.  Interior booths are $750/$700.  Premier booths are $850/$775.  The second price listed is for Sustaining Members of the Paralegal Division.

Refund Policy:  If canceled prior to August 15, 2025, there is a 30% cancellation fee; no refunds will be made after August 15, 2025.
